In a pan over medium heat, brown some lean ground beef with onions. Once the onions and beef have browned, drain the mixture. Add tomato paste, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, brown sugar, garlic powder, and salt and pepper. Heat the mixture in a pan and make sure it doesn't become too liquid. Toast some ciabatta bread and spread the mixture between two slices. Your Sloppy Joe is ready!

Use your hands to shape the mixture into balls then cook them in a pan on medium until they turn golden brown. Once cooked, bring the heat down to low and add the Asian sauce of your choice. We usually go with sweet and sour or teriyaki!
Cook some Mexican rice in a pot and some extra lean ground beef in a pan. Drain the beef once cooked and add to a pot over low heat. Add Tex-Mex seasoning, scallions, black beans, and chili powder. Add the rice once cooked. Add some cheese and stir well, then remove from the heat. In a large bowl, mix everything together with salsa, avocado cubes, corn, cilantro, and jalapeno peppers. Serve in bowls and add a sprinkling of cheese and a bit of lime juice on top.
