Here are a few super simple and tasty tips you need to try the next time you feel like a meal on the BBQ!
Love cheese? Then try this wonderful recipe for a grilled baked brie. Remove the cheese from the wrapper and place it directly on the grill. Cook for about 5 to 10 minutes on medium. Enjoy with crackers or a fresh baguette!
Discover a new way to cook fish with this super tip. Simply place your fish fillet on the wood plank of your choice, preferably maple or cedar for more flavour. You can also add a few slices of citrus (lemon, lime, orange) on top. Finally, cook on medium or until the fish is tender and cooked through. Serve with your favourite sides.
Soak your corn (still in the husks) in a large bowl of water for about 15 minutes. Drain and place them on the BBQ and grill until the husks darken, about 10 minutes, while flipping occasionally. Use oven mitts to shuck the corn (be careful, they'll be hot!) and place the corn back on the grill. Cook for another 10 minutes. Flip the corn often to make sure they don"t burn. They'll be ready when they start to brown.
