Frozen Phyllo Pastry Pie with Myzithra Cheese and Feta

WHEAT FLOUR, MYZITHRA-CHEESE 29%: (PASTEURIZED COW, GOAT AND SHEEP'S MILK-WHEY, SALT), WATER, COTTONSEED OIL 10%, FETA PDO CHEESE 6% (GOAT AND SHEEP'S MILK, SALT, MICROBIAL RENNET, LACTIC ACID BACTERIAL CULTURE), CONTAINS LESS THAN 2%: (CORN STARCH, EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL 1.3%, SALT, WHEAT SEMOLINA, DEXTROSE). MAY CONTAIN TRACES OF PEANUTS, TREE NUTS, SESAME, MUSTARD, EGGS, CELERY OR SOY PRODUCTS.

Cooking instructions: oven cook from frozen. No thawing needed! Preheat the oven to 180-200°C (356-392°F). Peel off the paper cover of the package. Place the pie, with its own paper baking tray, on the bottom oven shelf. Bake for approx. 40-45 min. (depending on the performance of your oven) or until golden brown. To cook more than one baking tray simultaneously, the oven must have a hot air system! NOTE: NOT SUITABLE FOR MICROWAVE COOKING. REMOVE THE PIE FROM ITS OWN PAPER BAKING TRAY IF YOU HAVE A GAS OVEN THAT PRODUCES FLAMES.
