Prepare a delicious grilled feast or a tasty dessert that will indulge his sweet tooth! Simple meals that will please the entire family.

Beer Can Chicken

Cover a whole chicken in the marinade of your choice. Place the chicken standing up on a half-full can of beer on top of an aluminum plate. Make sure it will be grilling over indirect heat. Cook for 45 minutes on medium, then rotate the chicken 180 and cook for another 45 minutes. Carve and enjoy!

** After you remove the chicken from the BBQ, the beer in the can will be extremely hot. Be careful!

Oven-Baked Back Ribs

Preheat the oven to 170 C (325 F). Place the ribs (covered in the marinade of your choice) on the rack in the centre position and cook for 45 minutes. Remove the ribs from the oven and finish cooking on the grill. Cover them in a BBQ sauce and cook until perfectly grilled.

A simple BBQ sauce: mix one part ketchup, one part brown sugar in a bowl.

Pork tenderloin

Coat the pork in the dry rub of your choice and refrigerate for 1 hour. Preheat the BBQ on high. Place the tenderloin on the BBQ and lower the heat to medium low. Cook for 15 minutes and flip the meat from time to time. Slice and enjoy!

Chocolate Ice Cream Sandwich

Add a scoop of ice cream (the flavour of your choice) on a chocolate chip cookie. Top with another cookie. Dip half of the ice cream sandwich into a bowl of melted lukewarm chocolate. Place the sandwiches on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper and freeze for 48 hours to harden the chocolate and soften the cookie.
