Remove the hull on 3 cups of strawberries and add them to a blender. Add 1 cup of orange juice and a drizzle of maple syrup. Blend. Add more juice if needed and pour the mixture into popsicle moulds. Add a stick in the middle of the popsicles and freeze them until firm. If you’re in a hurry to enjoy them, simply run the mould under hot water for a few seconds and they’ll easily pop out.
Preheat the oven to 350°F. On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, unroll the croissant dough and separate the dough squares or triangles. In a bowl, combine a pack of cream cheese with ¼ cup of sugar. Cover the croissant dough with the mixture then add the strawberries cut into small cubes and the cream cheese/sugar mixture. Roll the croissants up and bake in the oven for about 10 minutes or until they are golden. Bon appétit!
In a blender, add a few scoops of vanilla ice cream, milk, and a few drops of vanilla extract. Blend for a few seconds then add a handful of strawberries. Blend again and pour into a glass. Hurry and drink it before the kids get there. 😉
