*If you are not satisfied with the freshness of a product purchased at Super C, we will reimburse you the price of the product and we will provide you with a discount coupon in an amount equal to 10% of the price paid for the product (before applicable taxes) valid up to 14 days from the date of issuance and applicable to purchases totaling at minimum the value of the coupon. Product must be returned within 7 days of purchase, unless the product has a shorter lifespan, as may be indicated on the packaging, in which case, it must be returned before the expiry of such shorter lifespan. Not applicable on prescriptions and other pharmacy products, Hot BBQ Chicken, alcohol, tobacco and lottery tickets, products that have a minimum retail price governed by law (including: milk, bread), and products damaged after purchase. Because of the variable nature of determining factors affecting the freshness of a product and its conservation state since its purchase, we reserve the right to determine cases where the freshness guarantee shall not apply. **Super C offers an in-stock guarantee for all items of its current flyer. If you do not find any such item in our store at any time during the current week of our flyer, Super C will provide you with a rain check coupon. The rain check coupon allows you to purchase, within 30 days of issuance of the rain check coupon, that item at the previously advertised price and receive an additional 10% discount on that item. Limit: one rain check coupon per household per item per weekly flyer. Not applicable on prescriptions and other pharmacy products, Hot BBQ Chicken, products that have a minimum retail price governed by law (including: milk, bread, etc), alcohol, tobacco and lottery tickets, products that are out-of-stock due to force majeure events outside of our control or any other products for which the quantities are designated as limited in our flyer.
