Jamieson fast dissolving chocolate mint flavoured sublingual melatonin tablets improve sleep quality. DOSAGE: Adults - Take 1 tablet daily at or before bedtime. Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 1 month.WARNING: Do not drive or use machinery for 5 hours after taking melatonin.
