Jamieson Fast Dissolving 3mg Melatonin sublingual tablets help you fall asleep and improve sleep quality. DOSAGE: Take 1-3 tablets daily at or before bedtime. For jet lag: Take at bedtime after darkness has fallen while travelling, and at destination, until adapted to the new daily pattern. Do not drive or use machinery for 5 hours after taking melatonin.
