The ribeye is known to be tender and juicy. Make sure to choose a well-marbled piece. The fat will melt therefor making your steak juicier and tastier. It is recommended the steak be placed at room temperature for half an hour before cooking. Season your steak with salt and pepper or other spices at least 15 minutes before cooking so the seasoning is well absorbed. Enhance your steak: cover it with foil and let it sit for a couple of minutes after cooking.
